I understand that the booking fee of £50 is non refundable

I agree to pay the hair or make up trial balance by bank transfer a week prior to, or cash on the day of the trial.

I understand that by completing this booking form, I am obligated to make full payment for all parties mentioned above on the occasion day.

I agree to pay 50% of the cost of hair or make up, by bank transfer within 5 working days of my trial.

I agree to pay the final balance of the Hair or makeup by bank transfer 4 weeks prior to the occasion date.

I agree that if I cancel my occasion day booking before 4 weeks of the date, then the 50% payment will be retained.

I agree that if I cancel my occasion day booking after 4 weeks of the occasion date, then the full 100% payment will be retained

The booking fee of £50 can be transferred via bank transfer to the following Account, using your name as a reference.
